    Latvian: 

    - Beginners

    		Duration of the course 32-120 academic hours; 

    Study programmes: general Latvian language for beginners

    Study period for regular courses: October – June;

    Classes: twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays starting from the last week of September or the first week of October

    Time: 17:30 – 19:00

    Assessment of language skills certificate

     

    Language Skills Assessment:  Latvian language skills are assessed according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment (CEFR).

     

    For language skills self-assessment we recommend using the European Language Portfolio.

     

    Prices of Latvian Language Courses (individuals)

    Price for 1 lesson (45 min.), before VAT Minimum price per month (16 lessons), before VAT
    Per person in a group;
    5-8 students per group    		 3.50 LVL 56.00 LVL
    Private classes for individuals 8.00 – 11.00 LVL 128.00 LVL
    Group price for individuals (if they create their own group) 12.00 – 16.00 LVL 192.00 LVL

    Prices include photo copies of study materials.
